Ulthwe Lightning Army
This is one beautiful army I painted over the course of about 8 months. I sold it for a little over $600 to a guy in Jersy. The sceme is a Dark blue and gold with tiple colored lightning bolts. so here are the pics. Let's begin with my converted Wave Sepent. The top part was made with putty.
These swooping hawks were the first pieces I painted for the army. which gave me my part one color scheme.
These Warp Spiders were teh next piece of my puzzle and gave me the idea for the lightning scheme.
Later I decided to add some warmachines in the form of two walkers and a Wraith Lord.
A storm squad later followed that was 100% converted.
These are the guardians designed to run with the wraithlord and wraithguard.
Here we have a nice banshee unit which works great with a wraith portal.
and now the front and back of my amaing Seer's Council. (90% converted)
and to wrap it up these are my beauties which took almost eight hours each.
